Such great service. I received something even better than I expected. It was a bit pricey, but his attitude, professionalism and experience were truly high level. I’m very happy and it was nice meeting him. A very polite and professional technician.
I contacted the company after reading some of the reviews and Haig responded to my call. He came in for the inspection and was able to diagnose the issue with the fan coil unit in the condo. He came back with the parts and resolved the issue. Haig is very service oriented and helpful. He responds promptly and keeps you in the loop. Most of all he is polite and knows what he is doing.

Horribly rude on the phone. Google said they were open on Sunday so I called as I needed an AC repair. When I got through I asked to confirm they were open and was told in an extremely rude tone "buddy, it's Sunday"
