Heat has been restored. David, delegated by Ostap and Matt, diagnosed and solved the problem. Heat is returning after two days of shivering and I’m very, very grateful.

Dave was prompt and very courteous and knowledgeable about our vintage hot water radiator heating system. Cleaned the burner, checked the flue ducting, then checked CO levels at the flue and boiler housing. Once the boiler was set, he bled air from the upper floor rads.. Everything is warm and tickity-boo now. Job well done.
Matviy arrived within a few hours of me calling, in the middle of a blizzard at -15-20, when my furnace broke down. He was punctual, courteous, and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. I will be hiring him to do my annual maintenance!
