Have to agree with recent reviewer Alison. Within my first 30 seconds of entering the store, I knew this was not going to go well, based on the salesman response to a simple and polite question. Everything you could do to wrong as a salesperson was done, from being condescending to not listening at all. He asked us the same question 3 times despite being given an answer the first time and reminding him gently of that. The pushy sales tactics were just downright disrespectful. It was very easy to walk away despite the very very steep discount offered. I would advise all shoppers to go somewhere else. I bought a mattress somewhere else same day.
