Bought a new mattress here this fall because we wanted to support local and they had great service in store. Love that we were able to customize the firmness of the mattress, although on our first try, we went too firm and unfortunately had to go through the 60 day waiting period to get our next one. Thankfully we goldilocked it on our 2nd try and really love the new one. Also, really appreciate that there was no high-pressure on the sales here!
Last month, I bought the Queen Osgoode mattress and two pillows with the help of Dave, and they have been great so far. I was able to try out different mattresses thanks to Dave and talk through the different options available. I bought a double Osgoode mattress about 3 months ago, happy with how comfy it has been and delivery was free and convenient! I also bought 3 pillows and am quite happy with the quality. The man who works there (not sure if he is the owner) is the best, don’t know his name but Oct 23, 2025 around 6:30 he was there and he also helped me the first time with the mattress. This is a Toronto based company and the quality of their products and staff is amazing. Support Canadian made and go here its a win-win for everyone~
I’ve had the Dozy Osgoode mattress for a month now. I LOVE IT! Never slept so good! Their customer service is amazing too on top of everything thing else. I also love that they are made in Toronto. Special thanks to Dave, who made sure I got my delivery just in time.
I had been looking for a new mattress for what seemed forever. But Dozey checked every box: Locally made. High quality relative to price. Low pressure and helpful staff. Easy and friendly delivery. Would I recommend them? Yes!
scammed with a purchase! I asked for a Full Twin size, they didn’t give me what I asked for, it didn’t even fit the mattress !!! And there was not one pillowcase in the set! carefully
I've had my mattress now for 4 months and it blows my mind every morning how intensely I would like to stay in bed instead of getting up. I'm not like that! I usually roll out of bed easily and get my day going. I have to actually internally debate myself now, "you will actually be late for work if you spend another minute in bed...what if I just don't do my hair today, another 5 minutes?!". Its that comfy. I have the summerhill. Also they were extremely nice about delivering it right on my move in day, at a convenient time :) Edit: update! I've had the mattress for almost a year now and I feel exactly the same way. This is the best mattress I've ever had, hands down. My fiancee and I get the best sleep every night since we got it. Honestly you guys at dozy are really doing something right!! <3
