Excellent place to purchase a mattress! In 2024 Canada day sales, I spent a good amount of time searching for a certified natural latex mattress, that day I drove to a variety stores and was not able to find my perfect mattress. Black Friday 2025 I decided to resume my search, this time online that lead me to a few different stores located in Vancouver however, those mattresses were not one solid piece of natural latex, rather layers of latex. With luck I found Queensway mattress, that offered my perfect mattress, the customer service is excellent, great communication, amazing price and delivered for free. Queensway mattress went beyond my expectations. In the future for the other bedrooms I will most definitely purchase from this store.
Great service from Mike, starting with the information about selecting the next mattress, to the timely delivery of our new mattress. One week later and the mattress is very comfortable. Highly recommend this local mattress store.

Mike was absolutely amazing! He was so lovely during the delivery of my mattress and brought it all the way up to my unit with ease. Wow - beyond amazing service and product! From the store to delivery, everything was seamless and easy. They are super honest and transparent in their recommendations - without being pushy with the sales. Great, unbeatable prices. Excellent service! I ordered a box spring on Wednesday and the next day it was delivered. Delivery is 1-2 days. I was looking at other companies prior and the delivery fees were almost $100. Queensway Mattress was very reasonably priced. The box spring was delivered to my door and they even helped me placed it in my bed frame.
The absolute BEST in customer care and service. I purchased a boxspring online July 23rd 2021. I was told it was on back-order and (est.) delivery would be early August. True to their word - it was delivered today. The delivery guys (Boris & Mahar) were 2 of the nicest - most polite people. Very courteous - removed their shoes before entering the house - they were COVID-masked - and the best is they were very pet-friendly....I'll be back to Queensway Mattress in the near future for all my bedding needs.
