Worst experience ever. Please don’t waste your money here. I recently bought a mattress from this store and they completely scammed me. Within a short time, the mattress started dipping badly in the center, making it impossible for two adults to sleep on it. When I contacted the store, instead of helping, they told me it was “not their problem” because I chose an “entry-level” mattress — even though I clearly told the salesperson that the mattress was for two adults, and they still sold me a poor-quality product for $350. The customer service was terrible. They refused any proper solution and tried to blame me for their bad product. A store should stand by what they sell — this one doesn’t. Please save yourself the stress and money. Do NOT buy a mattress from this place. There are many better stores with honest service and proper warranty support.
Review: Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Recommend I had a very disappointing experience with this store. I purchased a mattress for around $350, and within just one month of normal use, the mattress started dipping in the center. This caused significant back pain for my parents, which is completely unacceptable for a product that should last years, not weeks. When I contacted the store, they refused to offer a refund and instead tried to push me into buying a more expensive mattress from them. They even told me they are not responsible for the quality of the products they sell and that it was my fault for buying an “entry-level” mattress. This is extremely unprofessional and shows a complete lack of accountability. The mattress looked fine in-store, but the quality degraded quickly after purchase. Based on my experience, this store does not stand behind its products and does not provide fair or reasonable customer service. I do not recommend buying from this place. The product quality is poor, and the customer service is even worse.
Wonderful service! I’ve been having back and neck issues for a long time and finally decided that an adjustable bed might be the solution. I never knew about Sleep Factory and mistakenly thought it was a Sleep Country. Never have I been more glad for the error I made. Such wonderful service and Steven was very kind and patient and answered all of my questions. I was fortunate that I came at a time when a sale was going on. But even if I hadn’t, I had done my research and knew that Sleep Factory’s prices were a bit lower than places like Sleep Country, Leon’s, etc. They also have a great father-son crew who does deliveries. From day one my sleep improved and within a week the back and neck pain I kept having started to lessen. My sincere thanks to the Sleep Factory and the Bella mattress was a great recommendation!
Steven has phenomenal customer service! I came in a couple weeks ago looking for a mattress. Finally came back today and was super indecisive about what I wanted. He was great when it came to explaining comfort and quality! Ended up purchasing one of the hybrid Vienna mattress’s! He was beyond patient and helpful! Definitely worth the money!
We had a great experience buying a mattress for our home guests at this shop. Steven helped us find the best option considering what we needed the mattress for and the free delivery to our door took place a day after the purchase as promised. They even helped carry the mattress to the bedroom upstairs.
I totally recommend buying a mattress at The Sleep Factory. Steven is a very nice and gentle person. He patiently explained all about the all options he had at the store. We chose one and didn't get satisfied. We talked to him again and got our mattress switched right away, with no questions or penalties. So if you guys need a mattress, go to The Sleep Factory at Orfus Road, talk to Steven and sleep better!
Very disappointed. Bought mattresses and bed frames but what came to me were not the ones shown at the store. I specifically looked underneath the bed to see what kind of support they had and what I saw in the store is what I wanted so I talked to the associate and asked to make sure that, that is what I was going to get. He even said yes these are easy because you just slide them in the slots and they are not like the ones you get from IKEA..etc etc. But the ones they delivered to me were not the ones. Wasted my money, and they do not do returns on bed frames. I will not buy from them anymore. Went to the Orfus Road location Friday July 24th, 2020.
