I recently bought a mattress from this store, and I had an excellent experience. The price was very fair, the quality of the mattress is amazing, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I also want to give special thanks to Mina Rakhsh-Mah, who helped me. She was very friendly, patient, and professional. She explained everything clearly and made sure I chose the right mattress for my needs. Her customer service was outstanding.
I recently had a second hip replacement surgery and this bed has been magical for me... I am now getting full night's of sleep with minimal pain and swelling when I wake up... It has been such an relief to be able to sleep comfortably... The delivery guys were amazing as well as I couldn't use the full 12 inches.... he came out and measured my couch and use the exact height so I could get into bed comfortably... It was so appreciated that they took such care ... I would also like to shout out Blaine from the Mt pleasant store who made it very easy in a situation that could have been difficult... He truly went above and beyond Thank you

I regret buying from Leva Sleep. I wanted to support a local Canadian company, but this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had - especially for the price we paid. Delivery was delayed, the information I was given in store was wrong, and when the products finally arrived, the mattresses were different heights and one frame was broken. It’s now been 9 months and the issue still isn’t resolved. After countless emails and follow-ups, an in person inspection just to confirm what we had already shared via email (with pictures), themattress issues was finally fixed, but the third time they showed up they attempted to fix the frame but couldn't, then they brought the wrong frame. Every step has been a headache. For how expensive their products are, the quality and service are shockingly poor. Save yourself the stress, their customer service is terrible and they do not stand behind what they sell. I will add Ry was great, but every step after that was a disaster. If you go with them just hope you never have issues, because they will it miserable for you to get a resolution.
Had neck pain for a while & decided to visit my local SleepCountry store in Thornhill. A sales associate named Jhanvi helped me pick the perfect pillow with cooling technology. Didn’t know I needed it until I tried :)
Ry was great to work with and help me pick out the best deal and mattress for my new experience in adjustable beds. He was informative not pushy like other popular establishments (aka sleep country). He was very pleasant to deal with and the process was easy. Looking forward to receiving my adjustable bed soon!
Leva sleep gave us the adjustable base and mattress of our dreams ( evolution XL with twin split king)- every feature you could possibly hope for in terms of optimizing your sleep position, raising and lowering yourself from head to foot. We kindly asked for an anti slip under our mattress and will be receiving it free of charge. Shoutout to Ry& Matt, they’ve both been incredibly helpful, accommodating, responsive & friendly.
