Excellent customer service and thee BEST sleep experience... And yes, these mattresses are expensive BUT worth every penny. I'd argue, with a 20yr warranty, plus the best sleep you will have every night for literally 30+ years, it's actually cheaper then a conventional mattress over it's lifetime. Don't think twice, spend the cash, you won't regret it!
This experience has been terrible. The company called me last week to deliver the mattress today 2/4. This morning I get a text to click a link to schedule? Now they cannot deliver until 2/18, unacceptable. I call your customer support and press 1 for English. I go to logistics and no one answers then the message is in French?

I'm in the States and an associate got back to me within a day. He was very helpful and pointed me to a new zero gravity topper that I ordered for back pain.
My husband and I purchased the Beausommet Organic Mattress in 2016, it's now 2022 and the bed sags roughly about 1" on each side and there is nothing Essentia will do. I also wake up stiff as a board and aching from head to toe. What a shame, mattresses are supposed to last longer than a few short years. We have contacted their customer service, sent photos and because it doesn't sag to 2" or more all they can do is try to sell us a topper. I don't want a topper. Unfortunately, we are left with a $7000 mistake. Never ever again will we purchase from Essentia or recommend them.
The pillow that costs 240 is as hard as a brick. I wanted to return it but no exchanges or returns are allowed. For such a price, it's not worth the risk. Go to a store and buy something you can test.
