Everything is very well organized. The receptionist communicates clearly and with kindness. I saw Dr. Suh, and she explained everything thoroughly, including possible causes and how to use the eye drops she recommended.
The best service I have ever done before. Nice welcoming staff and professional doctor have done everything to my eye at the same time. I walked in the clinic just for examine my eye sight but knew a lot more detailed information that I didn't expect. Thank you guys and very big good luck for your near future!!! ,
This is my third time coming to their clinic they are very professional and punctual about their appointments which I really like. And the doctor is very nice will listen to all your problems carefully and assist you accordingly. I will definitely recommend to come to their clinic
The stuff at the clinic are lovely! I enjoyed chatting with the doctor and the receptionist was lovely too. They checked my eyes and advised on treatment. Overall great experience
Came this morning for an emergency for my daughter. The doctor was super helpful and caring. She called and helped us with an immediate appointment at sick kids. Thank you!
Very disappointed, they supposed to give me precipitation eye and sun glasses. That's how they gave me a deal in first. I paid full amount at day first. But they gave only eye glasses and refused for sun glasses totally. They charged around 750 for chinisee made glasses.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I certainly would. I should have looked at the reviews of this office before attending. I have been there twice now and I can only say to find a different doctor. The first time, I was waiting for over 4 hours for my scheduled appointment. I find it incredibly disconcerting that they expect every patient to wait that long for a scheduled appointment. I thought it might have just been that particular day so I decided to keep my follow up appointment. This time, I confirmed that I would have the earliest possible appointment and that I would be seen as close as possible to my appointment time. No luck with this office. I arrived for my appointment 30 minutes early (the office had just opened and I was the first person in). At 10:30 I had still not been called in so I asked what is the delay as my appointment was several hours earlier. The staff at the desk are incredibly rude and just keep repeating "that's how doctor's offices work". Utter nonsense. After advising them that I have to leave - they said that I will be responsible for the cancellation fee of 100$. I don't think so. I didin't cancel the appointment - they did not keep the schedule. I don't see them paying me for not keeping the appointment. Will certainly not be going back to this office. I hope this review helps someone else and prevents them from getting the horrible level of customer service at this office. Happy to take your money but they do nothing regarding their patients care. RESPONSE TO BUSINESS OWNER Absolutely sure. Several hours were wasted waiting for the office staff to try to find my account - but they just kept me waiting until there was a free spot. Horrible way to treat patients.
