I had my first appointment with Dr. Elsa Budianto and it was a great experience. She was very kind and patient, and took the time to walk me through every part of my eye exam. You can really tell she cares about her patients and wants you to feel comfortable and informed. The staff were just as amazing, super friendly and welcoming from start to finish. They were patient and helpful when I was picking out my new glasses, giving honest opinions and making sure I found a pair that actually suited me. The whole clinic has such a warm, caring vibe, and it made the entire visit stress-free. I’m so glad I found this place and I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place is amazing.. Dr. Jonathan Spilkin is very experienced and highly skilled physician. I’ve been facing issue in my eye it’s been 2 years I have been to many different places nobody could diagnose my problem but Dr. Spilkin diagnosed it within 1 check up. I am very grateful and thankful to Dr. Spilkin and University eye clinic team to give me a way to resolve my issue. Highly recommended for eye checkups.
This eye clinic fit me in for an appt on the same day on July 7th. I had my eye exam from Dr. Jason Facchin. He was friendly, efficient, empathetic and understanding of my medical situation. Very fair and kind doctor. 10/10 recommend.

They don't honour appointments! Keep in mind that you can be denied an appointment if you made it online. I've been a loyal patient of this clinic for over 5 years and today I was told that my appointment is not his their system and so I have to reschedule. I did make an appointment and I did show the confirmation to the person at the front desk. But still I was told that next time I should call... Then please remove online booking tool from you site!
