I cannot say enough about the staff at See and Be Seen! Due to my dry eye disease and various other eye issues, I find myself in the clinic fairly often and each and every time I am greeted with warmth and a smile. I consider myself extremely fortunate to be under the compassionate care of Dr Patel. He never rushes through my appointments, always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and follows up with me to make sure my eyes are ok if he has prescribed a treatment. He also doesn’t hesitate to refer me to a specialist if he feels that is warranted. I have been so happy there that my four children are now his patients along with numerous friends that I have referred to him. Best eye care team in the city!
Wonderful service. I needed new frames and lenses very quickly before going out of town and See & Be Seen Eyecare came through with 3 days to spare! I am very grateful to the amazing Sam and staff!
Had a great experience at SNBS today. Stopped by to get two pairs of glasses adjusted. Even though they were purchased elsewhere, Mel was happy to help. She achieved what other opticians couldn't do - she made my glasses stop sliding down my nose! The service was great and I will definitely be back.
Adrian the Optical Director's customer service is top tier. Adrian went above and beyond for me to help me find very specific screws for my glasses and had them sent to me. They really went above and beyond to help me

Dr. Patel and his team (I've had the pleasure of being serviced by Adrian, Neil and Samantha) provide top notch eyecare service. Dr. Patel is personable, knowledgeable, and patient. He has taken great care of my eyes for many years - through my good times and the not so good times. Every time I see him, he is full of positive energy and just a joy to be around. Tip: Free parking along the side streets.
