I try coming out here on my scooter every once in a while (1 hour ride) and it’s ALWAYS closed. Even if it’s the afternoon even if it’s at 3pm it doesn’t matter this place is never opened on scheduled times. Best part is that there are people in the back opening the door at the back. It’s so stupid.
Been using them since I got my dog, (3yrs) within the last year I noticed a decline in customer service. Them not being open during the time they say they are open, getting there & seeing a “back in 5 mins” sign but end up sticking around for 45+ mins to end up just leaving & coming back another day. Them running out of specific meats (just beef). I’m someone who buys in bulk to meal prep for my dog, the last 2-3 weeks I’ve probably stopped by 5 times, they are closed but the hours say they are open, rarely answers the phone. It’s frustrating & annoying no matter how cheaper the price is compared to competitors. I rather pay for convenience at this point. Called & one day last week the voice prompt mentioned something about new “owners” (not sure if the business is being sold off, or new partners are coming in) the next day it’s saying “we’ll open Friday with new hours to follow” -there was no day number guess what I went the Friday & Saturday & they were closed. Over the years I highly recommended them, but even my other colleagues that tried them a few times also say they are unreliable. Super unfortunate. Now I go up to Markham to purchase meat in bulk, & I can order & pick up next day FRESH no hassle, no uncertainty. I really hope they do figure their stuff out.
I left my dog with them at their daycare for one week while i went on vacation and when i came back my dog was very healthy, well fed taken care of with love. He looked so happy, I would highly recommend this service to anyone that needs to leave their pet somewhere. They cared for my dog like he was there own and it made me feel safe to leave him for so long
The staff were so easy to explain weight of your dog to the amount of food with proteins, and the balanced diet was very impressed. Recommend this, and the meat is good quality. They also have quail. They have all types of fish and cheaper than the last place I was buying but better quality Thank you 416 raw.
Beau as super helpful, friendly and passionate about the product. Update: my dog has been fortunate to sample many types of raw dog food and I think the fish from 416 is his all time favorite. He starts licking his lips the minute it comes out of the fridge- thanks Beau.
Came to this store to start my dog on a raw diet. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and were very helpful in finding the best meal for my dog. Will definitely be returning!
Website is down, phone goes straight to voice mail during store hours—super inconvenient to have to travel to by TTC in hopes they have what I need in stock.
