I felt like the cashier was quite rude to me as if I don’t know that’s a pet store and they didn’t even ask my membership details . Never had this experience in other locations
Great location, I have been shopping here for about 2 years. I am always greeted by the friendly staff. They have a great selection. Always looks clean and the staff are happy to answer questions or help you look for an item.
One of the best Pet Values ever!!! All the staff are amazing, professional, kind, respectful & super knowledgeable. Never any issues, they always in a good mood. Honestly it’s refreshing, my two dogs love the staff! Moving back into the area and seeing that this store is styll as amazing is a blessing. Shoutout to all the Staff every single one of you are the best!
Great location! Got to meet one of the owners who was lovely! She was so nice to us and very informative and helpful with all questions we had! Her staff looked happy as well! We forgot our pills and they found it for us and held on to it for us as well! Thank you for the lovely service! Luna loves her new booties and cone!
Very friendly and helpful staff, they give great suggestions and don't try to upsell you! They always have great deals going on so you can stock up! One of our go to pets stores
I’ve had great interactions with a few of the staffs at this location, and they were really friendly with great knowledge. However I am frustrated that after spending 20-30$ at this store for cat food, yet the staff refused to give me 2 packages of samples. If you’re not going to give the samples to your paying customers then don’t have it available in the aisles. I will not be returning to this location, I also thought that the staff that was cashing me out was rude.
Service at St Clair West & Vaughan Rd. Location is amazing!!! I can't walk my dog close by because it will do anything to get there and be pet by their lovely staff. There is a lot of knowledge there.
