Everyone who works here is absolutely the best. I switched pet stores just to come here for the staff. They always know my dog and what treats he likes (he’s picky) And whenever I say to him, do you want to go get treats He only heads in the direction to leaside pets and not his previous store. He doesn’t even take treats from the other store anymore. I think it’s safe to say, he is a king and they treat him like one here. They are also very knowledgeable in regards to any product. Over the past few years I had been having to care for my sick and declining dog and this was always her favourite place to go. The staff are friendly and clearly love animals. They were always helpful and knowledgeable about finding foods that catered to my sick dogs increasingly worsening health and I believe that they were a large part of what kept her energetic and happy right up until the end. Even on her worst days I could always say "Want to go to the toystore?!" Or "Want to go see Daniel?!" and she would perk right up even when her vet medications had her down. Thanks for being a fantastic store staffed with wonderful people!
Staff are friendly and helpful and ask if you need assistance right away! Thanks for giving my furry friend a dog treat :) They carry Royal Canin and lots of other good quality brands!
Our neighbourhood go-to pet store. They are so generous with handing out free treats for your pets to try. Everyone who works there is very knowledgeable and helpful. We especially love Daniel, who is always unbelievably kind and positive. We're very lucky to have this spot in our community!
Once again this store has proved disappointing re: accurate info and staff competency. Called earlier today to check on a specific item and price. Item in stock seemed what I was looking for. Was told it started at $9.99. I repeated the price ..she said "yes". Going on to pick item up at store and was advised it was $29.99!!!! What's up with this store???????
LOVE this pet store. The owners are always about and these gentlemen hire helpful and interested staff. The store is always clean and bright and open at hours for everyone. Good work Leaside and Avenue Road Pets. ?
Leaside Pets is our favourite animal supply store ever! The staff are incredibly helpful and cheerful! It is very well stocked and we get all our supplies there for our darling Cornish Rex cat. We also like the new improvement with the front door that opens with a wave of the hand! Grateful to have this store in our neighborhood. ??♥️?⬛♥️
