As soon as she eats she vomits. Please beware. I am only posting here because Pet Value Canada will not allow me to post on the site.
Called and spoke to Jeff, he looked up my account and was able to assist me with my needs for my dog Meli who suffers with allergies from poultry. Jeff was at ease and very helpful with all my questions.
I got my dogs nails done here and the lady is so nice n professional...she made me and my dog so comfortable...it's only 18 bucks plus I gave her a 7$ tip because other places charge so much and she has different types of clippers and grinders....definitely going again
The staff are so friendly and helpful. I needed help with my mouse food and the gentleman there was so knowledgeable on mice food, I was surprised. My mice are really picky with their food but he picked out things that they really liked. I will always come back to him for mouse things! I’m glad that this location hired someone who knew so much about animals. Not many people understand mice.
I got what I wanted for my turtles at this place a new lamp a new bulb and a bottle of water conditioner....Cost me about $135.00 They had the audacity to want to charge me 25 cents for a bag to carry it out of the store in. Trying to Chisel your customers for another quarter isn't a good look.
Friendly and helpful staff, most notably, Suzanne, who helped me with food choices, technical issues and volunteered to help carry stuff out. So determined to help! Thank u Suzanne!
The people working in this location are so wonderful and helpful. Even with my monster of a dog going crazy over the wonderful array of treats right there for him to sniff at. He was offered and given water (which due to his giant flews, drooled all over the floor) and they immediately cleaned it up after him. We cause a bit of mayhem and they totally took it in stride. Thank you for an easy experience!
