Somewhat inconsistent customer service. Good selection and prices as well as great quality but lacking in warmth compared to other pet food stores in the area.
I ordered some cat toys from their website, that ended up beimg out of stock. Hana and her team were always pleasant to interact with towards coming up with a resolution. They found some alternate cat toys from same manufacture to send me instead. My cat loves the cat toys from this manufacturer, which unfortunately have become difficult to find in Canada. The ones that Natural Pet Foods were able to round up have been a delight for my senior cat.
I forgot to get the employees name but miss girl with the black cat pin on her uniform was amazing! She was very friendly greeted me upon entry and was open and welcoming and helped me with any questions or concerns I had. She was also very sweet and friendly with my dog (who is a bit grumping to most people) but was happy to take a treat from her haha he felt the good vibes. Thank you for your great customer service skills I decided to sign up for a loyalty card and I’ll definitely be coming back!
Very friendly staff. They stock a good variety and quantity of Boreal canned cat food. Being disabled, finding free 20 minute parking in front of the store can depend on the day and time of day.
Very welcoming, kind and helpful young lady working here named Kelsey. Special thank you to you for being so gracious to me and my two Cavaliers. I came here from Mississauga because they are open until 9pm. I would make the drive here again and again because of how welcoming and also this location has a bigger selection of everything. Especially the treats are such a great wide selection. A lot to choose from and try. You can walk in and buy individual treats, which I love to do when I’m out with my fur babies on an adventure. So exciting and fun to see and do!!!
Curbside ordering/pickup two days ago, and the website wouldn’t load on my phone. I felt so bad but the worker was super patient in checking what they had for my cat! I kept apologizing and they were very reassuring and friendly. I got the few things i needed, AND she put a bunch of free sample treats in my bag (that he absolutely adored) to thank me for supporting the pet store. Headed back later today! An awesome bunch of people ❤
A good experience for my pup and I. My only criticism is that the staff kept to themselves a lot at this location. Other Globals I’ve been too I have sales associates helping me within moments of entering.
