It was clear that the staff at this location were unhappy and unmotivated. Samantha, in particular, provided poor customer service and was noticeably rude. The overall experience was disappointing and unprofessional. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I've been a dog owner for about a year now. In Liberty Village where we're known for our amount of neighbourhood dogs I have been learning the ins and outs of which stores sell what I need for my pup. Out of all the bigger pet stores in our area Ren's Pets is my absolute favourite. They are proudly Canadian, they have the kindest staff and always greets my dog with a treat and pats which she loves. I want to give Amy a shout out who is always so sweet and friendly when she has checked me out.
Let me start this off by saying this location by far is the best pet store/ Ren's location that I've ever been to! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by a lovely employee named Bella(the best employee ever), and she assisted me with everything under the moon. She was so patient and kind and helpful. She helped me with every question I had and was so knowledgeable about everything on hand and made some amazing recommendations that i bought and am so excited to try with my kitties. I live quite far from this store but I will now be coming in to this store because of her customer service and kindness!! Everyone was so kind, the manager was there as well, she was amazing as well so kind and friendly! Highly recommend Rens Liberty Village for your pet needs the staff really made me want to come back. Thank you guys for your hard work and all the help! Give all these staff members a raise because I have never felt at home going to a pet store, thank you both again!! See you guys soon!
Amazing store with a huge selection, tidy and easy to find what you need. Jordana is simply wonderful and knowledgeable. She helped me and my daughter with advice on different food and treats for our cats. She told me about promotions and I was able to save money. Jordana is an asset to your company and deserves to be commended. Thank you for the exceptional service!
Visited this pet store recently and was impressed by the kind and helpful staff. They went out of their way to assist me in finding what I needed and allowed me to browse their fantastic selection of items. The option to check their stock online and order directly through the website added extra convenience. A great experience overall!
This store consistently offers a wide range of high-quality products! If you're looking for anything for your furry friends, I highly recommend this location. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Additionally, they currently have an ongoing sale, which is fantastic for finding Christmas presents!
When this store opened I went first week seemed like everyone was very happy (staff) now there all miserable. I spend money at your business the least you can do is your job that you are getting paid to do. If not find another job. We are paying customers not charity so treat your customers with respect. Ya gooof! Also. Did the online ordering so I can avoid your unwelcoming staff and when I went to the store to pick up my order. The lady didn't even put my order in a bag i asked for a bag she insisted i had to pay 5 cents when my order was all paid via online already. I explained to her pet smart/ pet valu when you purchase anything they bag it up and staple the top of the bag to ensure nothing falls out and more importantly they don’t charge customer for a bag after spending 50$ plus lol come on customer service 101. VERY LEAST HAVE A OPTION TO PURCHASE A BAG BEFORE U CHECKOUT ONLINE THEN REN PETS IS A. NEVER AGAIN. STAY AWAY. long live pet smart/pet valu.
