Great service. We are getting our first dog (4month pot cake) and the woman there was very helpful with picking things that would suit him (and steering is away from things that we don't need just yet).
We've been getting raw food delivered from The Dog Bowl for years now. Great customer service, really fast response and delivery time. They will go out of their way to be helpful. Great business!
I can’t say enough good things about The Dog Bowl! Their customer service is always excellent, and they’ve never missed a delivery. My dog food always arrives right on time, which makes life so much easier. Special shout-out to their driver, Chris, he’s professional, friendly, and such an excellent employee. Truly a reliable and caring company. Highly recommend!
I love The Dog Bowl! The staff are super knowledgeable and friendly & the products are very high quality (natural and/ or limited ingredient). It’s a bit on the pricier side, but I expect to pay more for quality- only the best for girls best friend ?
I just went for the first time to grab some emergency kibble for my rescue, but their products are overpriced and staff was very unaccommodating. The girl who helped me hardly knew anything while the rest of the employees just sat and watched. The store is a good concept, I just wished I had a better experience
Literally cannot say enough good things about this business! I have been getting my dogs food from them for years (they sell the only food my dog can tolerate), and even once I moved across town they still delivered to me! They have gone above and beyond in her customer service and I’m very grateful for the kindness they’ve shown!
