I came here last week to get a photo frame for my daughter. And let’s just say, I couldn’t be happier with the service and the results. Adina took her time to help me out, she was very respectful, friendly and attentive. I even made last minute adjustments to my original order, which she obliged with zero hassle. Overall, I highly recommend this place, great work and excellent service!
Edit: Since the owner decided to respond harshly to my review I've added some pictures showing the sloppy work. 1. Picture not centered in frame 2. Dirt under the glass 3. Damaged painting during stretching I've had many items framed and matted here at different times. Each time there was an issue. More than once a hanging wire was not attached, a picture in a matte frame was crooked and the worst was when I just wanted to have a matte created for a frame I brought in. The frame belonged to my grandmother and she kept insisting that I purchase a new frame. It was uncomfortable and a bit upsetting.
I've dealt with her off and on for a couple decades now. People seem to love going to her but those are people that don't know to go to better places. She's rude, condescending and arrogant. She will not give estimates (or if she does the estimate can be within 100% difference). For example, I wanted to have a canvas stretched today. She first refused to give me an estimate or at least an average price for the size point and then quoted me from $250 - $500. That's quite a big jump, I work as an artist, I will not be referring my clients to her to have my paintings framed anymore.

I called to ask for estimate price, i gave the size of poster. The lady was extremely rude, and said “I got so many phone call like this, it doesn’t work” Okay i got it that there are so many options for frame material. But why did the lady have to say like that? I asked politely, and she could let me know in a polite way as well. I am a newbie to framing and just want to understand the price range.
