Tamar has been framing for me for years. She always knows exactly what to do with my art, even when I'm not sure. I trust her professional judgement and agree with her choices every time. The quality of Soho's framing is exceptional, as is Tamar's customer service. I'm always delighted with her work.
Tamar and her team did a fantastic job framing a piece for me. She looked at photos of my apartment and helped me choose a frame style and colour that ended up perfectly fitting the place.
We went in to make some photocopies of some documents but they didn't have that service available (google told me they did), in the end we saw a Kodak machine to print photos and we took the opportunity to print some. Miles was very kind in helping us print the photos.
Multi-time customer over the years. SOHO does a wonderful job, lovely customer service. Have always treated me well, and finished product is ready well before approximate pickup date.
I just visited this store because I wanted to get 3 photos printed and framed. I brought them on a USB key. I explained this to the employee whose response was to tell me to go to their website and upload them there and print them that way, and provided me with a sheet with their prices, sizes and printing options. She told me the owner would not be in until September 9th and I couldn't get anything printed until then. She could not answer any questions about what any of these options were, and was visibly frustrated with every question I asked, telling me that I would have to ask the owner all these questions through e-mail. She seemed extremely frustrated to have to talk to a human being, and just continued to walk away from me and direct me towards their website and their e-mail address. She was so rude and unhelpful that I will never visit this store again, which is frustrating because it's very close to me and I thought it would be very convenient. Instead I'm going to drive to Downtown Camera where their employees are very kind and helpful. If this person can't answer any questions about their services, why does she work there? If nothing can be done without the owner there, why is the store open when the owner isn't there? If you want people to e-mail you and order their products online, why do you have a physical store at all? Gave 1 star because 0 is not an option.
Fantastic experience at SOHO. Brought in several pieces requiring variety of work from new matting to frames and glass type. Kody was incredible! The initial apt was a few hours and we greatly appreciated his suggestions, expertise and friendly demeanour. The pieces turned out exactly as we’d hoped. Highly recommend seeing Kody, it was a great experience at SOHO thanks to him!
