Excellent finished product but expensive. I would go back if I had a special piece to frame, but would find somewhere else if I was looking for a simple framing job.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I brought in a signed band photo that I wanted to get framed and Bill immediately brought out some frame options that were all amazing. Once I chose one he advised that the turnaround time would be roughly two weeks (which was fine). I ended up getting a notification that my framed picture was ready just two days later!!! The quality of the frame and the work done was amazing!! I will absolutely be framing more things with them!!

Bill and Helen work together to find the best frame for your artwork that will enhance it and make sure it’s in its perfect home. Recently, we had a painting that got delivered to us that was badly damaged. We panicked, and I took it to show Helen and Bill who miraculously had it restored to perfection! They are very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, they’re patient, they understand exactly what you’re looking for and they do the job perfectly. Bill at Frame Master is a real local hero! Today an elderly gentleman had a serious fall on the sidewalk in front of Frame Master. Bill was so helpful in bringing emergency supplies and comfort to the man as we waited for an ambulance. Bill is to be applauded for going above and beyond the call of duty. I will definitely use his services based on his great character.
