Fantastic job framing two of my needlework pieces. They did a great job of stretching the fabric and getting 15-year old creases out of the Aida cloth (no easy feat). Lots of frame options and I found something perfect for both pieces. Well worth the money.
The framers were so kind and understanding. I had a glass replaced in a frame that one of my sons broke while horsing around and they put in plexi instead as it fit much better and I had a mat cut to replace one that was water damaged from a an air conditioner unit leak. The framers were focused my finding solutions rather than finding problems! Highly recommended!

I just came from one of the friendliest frame store I’ve ever been into, actually this is the first. I was asked if I didn’t mind waiting a bit they were helping a client with big order. I didn’t mind at all, I had nothing better to do. I learned a few things about picking colours and glass etc while watching them help the customer. I also got to joke around some with the shop people who liked to tease each other. I tried to stay out of their way, but couldn’t resist putting in my 5 cents worth since there are no more Pennie’s to put two cents, plus inflation. lol! It did take a lot of time for them to finish helping the first customer, they did apologize a few times for taking so long , but I was cool with it. Next time I’ll bring coffee. lol! Once they were done and on to my picture it took no more than 15 min. I like what they picked out for me right away. I recommend this framing store not just for their knowledge, but for the humour that keeps you entertained while waiting. Keep the humour of picking on each other up, it was entertaining.
