Spent over $200 for two small framed prints. One frame the matting wasn't square and biased to one side, they fixed it while I had to wait, but it SHOULD have been right the first time, I expected professionalism. Also requested a framed matte with a backing stand, was told no problem, then when picking up - no backing stand - guy just said 'sorry we don't have any'. Unprofessional service. not going back.
Incredible service! Steve made sure I understood all of my custom framing options & helped me pick the perfect material to match my piece. I wish I could’ve thanked him in person when I was picking up, but Lisette was on hand to help me & offered the same level of expertise.

I went in a few years ago to get some oil paintings framed. These were the very first really-high quality paintings that I had ever bought, so I wanted to ensure that they were protected. I got the museum grade glass to prevent UV radiation from damaging the paintings and also so that there would be no glare. Not being an artist or working in framing, I did not know that oil paintings do not need glass. I have now been to multiple framing places and every one has told me that it was a huge waste of money and also bad for the paintings! Indeed, if you ever need or want to change the frame for any reason, the paintings stick to the frame and it is hard to remove them without pieces coming off! This is not the fault of the staff. This is clearly the result of a business that pushes its staff to upsell no matter what. We dealt with multiple people and based on the fact that this is clearly widespread knowledge, they must have known but told us nothing, probably because their boss has certain quotas that they have to hit, no matter what. The rent is just too high for them to dish out decent advice. We wasted so much money for expensive glass that we do not need.
I went in to get a simple 11x14 print frame, asking clearly for the least expensive option. I was quoted $114 plus tax. When I said that was too much, the clerk suddenly discovered a $25 premade option. Basically, she was going to charge $90 extra for the same frame. Nice shop, I'd like to like them, but housing people like that is awful.
