I had laser hair removal here 5 years ago and till this day I never had to have a touch up. Its amazing. I hardly recommend,, the staff is so friendly and helpful and they take their time doing the treatments. I come back here all the time for facials now Their skin treatments aren’t painful and don’t require much downtime, but the results are incredible. My fine lines have softened, my brown spots are lighter. They’ve completely gotten rid of the red pigments on my face. I leave feeling refreshed and like a brand-new person every single time.
My electrolysis and laser hair removal are immaculate! The laser hair removal machine is amazing because I hardly experience any pain. Their machine uses recent technology that I haven’t seen at other locations. I highly recommend California Sun Spa.
Today was my first time at the spa even though I have lived in the neighbourhood for years. I booked a European Facial online. Before we started, the aesthetician told me that she thought I should do an algae mask. She didn't say anything about it costing extra. The facial itself was 90 minutes and 30 minutes of that was spent in the mask. When it came time to check out, I noticed that it was more expensive than I expected and the receptionist said that the Algae treatment costs more. I said I didn't book that treatment and she willingly charged me the lesser price thank goodness. But, I was really disappointed because the aesthetician was otherwise very kind to me. She also recommended that I buy a $100 serum. And tried to sell me laser services. My usual facial spa doesn't push product at all and the products they do sell are no more than $40. The woman at my usual place is on vacation, so I thought I'd try somewhere else, but I won't be back.
I had a great experience at CSS. I was originally recommended to this location through a friend, and from there I worked with Chiara. She was very welcoming, friendly and had a great sense of humour (especially for my first time). The facilities were very clean, and I would highly recommend coming here again!
I love coming here for my monthly treatments! Danielle is so welcoming at the front desk, and all of the staff make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Michelle went above and beyond in my latest service. Allah gives the best pedicures! I also recently had the Dermaroller treatment for the second time - I highly recommend!! The professional treatments at the spa have been leaving my skin looking brand new! Thank you to everyone at California Sun Spa!
They accommodated our group of three seamlessly. Treatment rooms are a bit small, but not uncomfortable. Very clean/hygienic environment. Staff were incredibly friendly - 'Michelle' was especially fantastic. Great price point - they have gained a new client. Thank you!
