The massage was just okay. I was told to be there at 6pm so I reached at 6. However I found out that my massage was supposed to start at 6 when I got there and it started at 6:12 and ended by 6:52 so in total I only got 40 minutes. On top of that, the sheets smelled weird and I don’t think they were clean. When I told the reception this, they offered me 10% discount but still I’m very disappointed in the service! Dirty sheets is a NO GO
I unintentionally arrived an hour and 15 min. early for my Jade Foot Massage. I sat in the waiting room, poured a green tea, sat and became very relaxed listening to ambient music. My attendant was Kamelia who has worked for the Elm family for many years. After my service, I enjoyed the spa for a bit longer before going back to the real world. Awesome experience.
Beautiful environment and, from the moment i arrived and was greeted warmly by Rohile (sorry, not sure if i have her name correct) at reception, I was welcomed and made to feel competely comfortable. Superb facial and one of the best massages ever (thank you Kamila & Andre)
Service was top notch from the moment I entered. Came here with a friend for a relaxing visit. We surely enjoyed the water therapy and of course our massage. My masseuse was a few minutes late which made me feel rushed after the session, but overall still enjoyed everything. I met with a very lovely lady in the 3rd floor, I believe her name was Anne? very helpful and friendly!
It is a very relaxing place and very economical when compared to its competition. The therapists are good and the front desk staff is great. Anthony was super professional. I had arrived early and Anthony helped me be at ease very easily in the lounge by still following covid protocols. It is missing the fifth star as i was not able to experience all facilities and services due to pandemic to fairly rate. Overall super satisfied!
