Had an amazing girl's day at the spa here. They were able to accommodate our group of 5 for a full day of pampering. They were having an amazing summer special and I enjoyed a 50 minute massage and 25 minute facial along with the water therapies. We also enjoyed a light snack and the bar. I felt so rejuvenated. I will definitely go back!
They treat you from head toe and beyond! I've never tried other spa in Toronto so i don't have much to compare. I've been there few times now but it is such a great experience each time. Their client services is beyond my expectations and I used to work in luxury industry so i can assure that they are 100% valuable. All the staff are so wonderfull, everything is clean, you have all towel you need at disposition. I love the product they use for shower and massage.
It was my first time at a spa, as this was given to me as a birthday experience. I must say it was def nice and relaxing (since I would never pamper myself like this, even if I'd like to). The massage was great, and the masseuse made me feel comfortable and asked me if there was a certain body part that I would like to have more pressure on. The spa experience also came with a food voucher, which was a surprise to me! With that being said, I enjoyed my food a lot! I didn't expect that it would be good quality food, since it's not the place you'd think of when you want to get fancy food or dessert. My main dish was steak - very tender and juicy, with greens that complement the dish perfectly. For dessert, I got the chocolate fondue, which was awesome!Elmwood Spa is def the place I will think of if I ever think of wanting another spa experience!
Elmwood Spa is my #1 choice. All the procedures are amazing, the staff is always polite and very helpful. I love the fact that even if you are coming for a haircut you can use all the water services first (sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi), change to a comfy robe and enjoy your time. I finally found the perfect hairstylist - Sarah. She is simply the best. Its like she reads your mind :) Also my favourite fact is that they always use Moroccan Oil products for the hair and that is my favourite line. Your hair will be soft and moisturized and the scent is omg. For other procedures like massage, facial, etc they use other amazing products. If you are going for a half day spa treatment or a full day - youll be in heaven on earth :) Im very happy with my experience and will come again and again.
Elmwood Spa is a great getaway in the middle of the city! After one visit a few years ago, I booked last minute for on ongoing issue with neck pain this week. The massage therapist Fred basically gave me my life back. After a very focused massage, one day of recovery from that massage with some minor expected muscle pain, I woke up a day later feeling like new again! Finally some relief from long standing neck and shoulder pain. Thank you Fred! Amazing job! The water facilities and just the general feel of having places to relax and unwind in a robe is a great part of the Elmwood experience.
