One of the best places to go to. We went for a Swedish massage and a deep tissue massage. If you get services priced above $125 you get to use the steam room for as long as you want. The ambience is soothing with good music, tidy interiors, clean and hygienic and you can see it as soon as you enter the place. Lockers n showers r available too. The therapists are great too and they greet and treat you with such respect. Totally recommended

I will preface my review by saying I've been here a number of times (3-5 times in the last year) just for a massage + steam room and enjoyed my experience. Because of this experience, I booked a day off work to do a FULL day; couples massage, full body treatment, and a facial. This experience was an epic fail, partly due to the service, and perhaps partly due to my expectation, but this day cost over $1000 and I feel compelled to leave a review.1. Couples massage. Typically this goes very well when I go to Hammam. This time, the room was very hot, which my partner commented on, nothing was done, whatever. I was sweating MUCH more than usual, but that's fine. The main issue was that I didn't like my therapist this time around, who was very rough at the beginning, and then the second half, I have no idea what happened. It was extremely light touching and nothing like a massage. It was like the room was too dark and/or too warm and I honestly thought she was falling asleep. The last 15 minutes felt like someone was trying to put me to sleep with incredibly light touching and I was too nervous and confused to say anything. I booked a deep tissue massage... what? I couldn't wait for the awkward experience to end and stop wondering if she was falling asleep.2. full body mud wrap x2, approx $150 per person for one hour. This was my worst experience. It seemed like there was one staff who was more experienced and one in training, which was fine. They didn't give us clear directions on what to do. They left the room and I left the wrap, they didn't tell me the little plastic item on my pillow was underwear so they told me this after they came in so I put them on. Awkward. Please explain what people are supposed to do for the first time. Then we were scrubbed (exfoliated) and they put on a thin layer of the 'mud'. I felt something (water?) splash on my stomach, and then we were wrapped in foil. They left the room and we were left to cook for 10 minutes. The marble slab was so hot ONLY on my bum and I felt so itchy and uncomfortable. No one came to check on us, but I tried to move away from the hottest part. Then we showered and they put moisturizer on us. There was a 2-minute "pressure-point massage" where they touch your face lightly for a minute or two and then that's over. When they describe a head and shoulders 'massage' in the service on the website, be warned. The whole thing took 40 minutes. We were supposed to have back to back treatments, and we had 20 minutes to kill because the wrap ended early. I couldn't believe the price for the service. Terrible. I would NEVER book this or recommend it again. I was so disappointed, I am considering a new spa for future services. My partner felt exactly the same.3. Mini-facial x2, $90pp for 30 minutes. This part I enjoyed better than the others. It was extremely relaxing. However, not word was spoken. I found myself wondering what they were putting on my face at what stage, which part did what to my face. Finally, I was also wondering why there was no consult. I was hoping for a treatment to target certain things, but apparently it's the same thing for everyone? People have different facial needs. If I am paying basically $100 plus tip, shouldn't there be SOME kind of consult? I don't know, not worth the money either but at least I enjoyed it.Last but not least, the steam room was significantly hotter than usual. The heat burned my face and eyes when I walked in. I saw others walk in and walk right out that day. I've never seen that before. I mentioned it to the massage therapist at the beginning of the appointment but she told me to tell front desk. I had back to back appointments, so that never ended up happening. I wanted HER to communicate that to the front desk, but I was going to start my treatments so I thought I'd let that part go. I regret not saying any of this to the staff.

Fantastic spa! Wonderful experience. While you wait to go in the lounge area is really nice as you can enjoy a tea, water, fruits or just sit and read. The steam room is awesome!! The bathrooms are stocked with anything you might need after a shower. They also sell all the great products that they use on you. 100% going back again.

Get place in the city to unplug for a few hours, while enjoying healthy snacks and calming setting. Treatments are out of this world and so is the staff.

The best spa. So relaxing and reasonably priced. Steam room is beautiful. Ive had massage, facial and mani pedi from here. Look out for monthly specials.
