I've been going here for a while and highly recommend Adam R. He's very attentive to your specific requirements and always does a great job.
It's nice enough. Turnover seems oddly high. Had a different therapist each time due to them leaving. Massages were good and the owner is friendly.
I was supposed to get a female massage therapist as a female. But I had a male massage therapist instead. I was just disgusted by the experience and should not allowed it. The whole experience with the services here was just uncomfortable and inconsiderate.
I've been here twice. I was referred to it the first time by the on-call emergency doctor at St. Mike's Hospital when I went in for neck and shoulder pain after pulling my muscle at the gym. I had a massage with Craig who fixed everything in one hour. He also suggested I go to a chiropractor to prevent a recurrence, which i did, and this turned out to be correct and timely advice. Went a second time for a facial (I can't remember her name who performed it) and my skin was so soft for days. I didn't purchase the take-home products. Cons of the two experiences are that they don't do direct billing to my insurance, and there was no table to put my water on when they gave me a drink. But overall, very relaxing and definitely an enjoyable experience, completely deserving of 5 stars.
I've had several massages over the years but never found a particular masseuse/masseur that I felt I had to return to, until I came to this location and had a massage with Anna. Even though this is not the closest Hand & Stone location to where I live, I will continue to come to this location going forward.
