Small but still pretty good overall. Relaxing environment and I fell asleep during my massage. ??♀️But the gym is small and the pool is a bit secluded.
I was really disappointed after coming here for my birthday. I have been to other spas in the GTA like the Ritz and they always have done something special for me on my birthday like a glass of champagne. I felt like the lady at the front desk was not that professional, and felt like our massage therapy was not worth the price. The lady who did my massage talked a lot, so it wasn’t that relaxing. The massage itself was in a hotel room and when the massage was done both of the ladies stayed in the room while me and my partner were getting changed, we had no idea they were still in the room they did not tell us, it would have been nice to have some privacy to get changed or at least let us know! The amenities were great just not a good experience with the massage therapy and I felt like for the price it didn’t feel that luxurious.
Compared to other high end spas in the city this one just doesn’t stack up. There is virtually no lounge, just 4 chairs that are right off the entrance elevator making it awkward to lounge. And also no food or beverage offering except for a sad boardroom carafe of hot water. Whereas at the shangrila or st Regis there are beautiful lounges and post treatment bites, infused water, and teas. My RMT also had sharp nails so I had to put up with that the whole treatment on top of him consistently putting cold cream on me without heating it up in his hands. He also treated my right hand and not my left and my left back thigh and not my right. The two areas I asked him to focus on he literally did not touch. The only saving grace is the pool, it’s very pretty and well kept and doesn’t have children running around it. Overall you are better off at one of the other hotel spas.
i paid 95 dollars for a shellac manicure only for my nails to be filed unevenly, dirt and air bubbles under my nails and they began to peel/bubble after a day. there were visible spots on my nail that were not painted either. my manicure was supposed to be an hour long and it was nowhere near that.
One of the best spas I’ve been to in Toronto. The facility is stunning and the services are even better. Marie did my facial, and she truly made it an unforgettable experience. Giving this 4 stars because it would be nice to have a bigger lounge area to relax, have tea and snacks instead of it being located in the gym. The locker room was also super hot making it hard to get ready once you were done. With that being said, I would definitely return because my facial and massage was outstanding.
Amazing Spa and Steam Room. The salt-water pool water wasn't as warm as stated. However an amazing overall experience.
I had a wonderful experience with the special massage with stones on my body. They gave me good samples for my skin. I will come back again for a special service.
Amazing experience!!! I had a body wrap and 90 min massage and it was just blissful!!! Welcoming staff, excellent service and superb products. Will surely be back.
We had a great experience. All of the staff were so sweet! Excellent massage and excellent facial.
Came for the first time last week with a friend. I am still in awe, i had the best facial I've ever had! She applied all creams and treatments from my head, down to my neck and chest area. It was amazing. Very small spa; discreet and private, but no amenities. So if you're looking to enjoy amenities then this spa wont fulfill that. But we came, had our treatments then left for lunch. Great experience, will definitely be back.
