A big shout-out to Ashley S: This was my first visit to this Ten Spot location, and thanks to Ashley S, I’ve already decided to become a regular client. She did an excellent and professional job with my waxing—very detailed, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. Ashley has a warm and calming presence that instantly breaks the ice, and her work is incredibly efficient and thorough. I truly appreciate the care she puts into her service. Highly recommended.
First and last time visiting this location. Visited for waxing and unfortunately the therapist did a very poor job has to complete myself at home. When asked by the receptionist how everything was and I said not great there was no further conversation. Pointless question then really.
Good but not great. For the price I paid I expected a lot more. The manicure was great but the pedicure was terrible. The nail was half painted, like only the main parts were painted, not the sides. I had to repeat a few nails. Barely also cuticle work and a very low effort foot massage. Also they lasted 4 days. My pedicures last weeks usually. After my mani pedi, I had to wait a good 45 minutes for them to dry, which is totally normal. But no one came to check on me, or ask if I need water for example. Little things make a huge difference.
The place is rated highly so I’m confused because customer service is not that good and mani /pedi was average at very best. Chairs were not the comfy ones but I suppose that’s minor. In any case, the place has good reviews overall and I find that hard to believe so maybe my experience was an exception.
I’ve never had a good experience here. I’ve tried coming to ten spot on multiple occasions and have always struggled with the service. On one instance they couldn’t even do my polish because they spent the whole hour trying to remove my previous shellac mani. The last time I came, the system randomly cancelled my booking, and when I arrived they couldn’t find my appointment. Since they couldn’t seat me, I lost the hour I booked off of work to get my nails done. With the price they are charging you’re better off going somewhere that is more reliable.
just came from a lash lift/tint appt and really enjoyed the service! The team at this location is so lovely, accommodating and attentive. Also love how consistent the company is about being clinically clean - it goes a long way. Will definitely be back!
What a great experience! I booked with Ten Spot online, super hassle free, and they send the covid survey via text and email before the appointment so we didn't have to waste time doing it when we got there. The place was super clean and lots of space to distance. I had Nancy for both my brow wax and manicure, she was very patient, proactive and ensured I was comfortable throughout my appointment. Plus its been over two weeks since my service and my nails are still in perfect shape. :) 100% recommend!
