I love this store! They have guided me to several of my kiddo’s favorite toys (that get used on repeat). I also love their emails and learn a lot. I only wish I lived nearby (or that they open a shop out west!)
I love the Montessori Room! We live out of province but order things from them regularly. They have such a great selection of thoughtful and well made children’s toys. Our kids reach for them time and again, going on for years now :) The staff are so lovely, knowledgeable, and helpful. We also love their newsletter which has really practical tips for all kinds of topics related to child development and parenting. I can’t recommend this store enough - it truly is a gem!
Love the diversity of products in the store and the staff are very knowledgeable and kind. It would be nice to have the products be more easily labelled for age to make it easier to navigate. Some products are also priced way too high for the quality they are.
Wonderful wonderful customer service every single time! I’ve only ordered from them online, but each time has been a fantastic experience! I recently had to do a last minute order and I emailed to ask if it was possible to expedite it. They emailed me back 15mins later saying they had packed my order and it was going out the next day! Just incredible!
Wonderful store! The staff are absolutely stellar & helpful. They truly care about nurturing the child’s growth, give good suggestions for developmental stages and aren’t pushy with sales. We’ve gotten some lovely items & gifts for others from here. I know I’m paying for quality. I also like the store newsletter — great content and play suggestions for those new to Montessori principles. The staff are passionate educators (Katie in particular!). I feel welcomed when visiting the store. It is small but has a nice variety of items and wooden toys, ones which you may not readily find at other brick & mortar stores.
The Montessori Room came highly recommended while searching for the perfect birthday gift for our grandson. All I can say is WOW! Shipping was quick, and very reasonably priced. The product was well packed, and arrived in perfect condition. Our grandson is delighted with the gift, in fact so are his two older brothers. We just gave our kids the Pikler and ramp from the Montessori Room for Christmas and it was a huge hit! The kids have been on it every day and it's kept us a little more sane with all the cold weather and lockdowns. It seems very sturdy and safe. Overall we're very happy with our purchase and all of Laura's help placing the order.
