This toy store is amazing—so many fun and unique toys to choose from, and the quality is excellent! The staff is super friendly and always happy to help you find the perfect gift for any age.

My girlfriend loves these giant flower they have in their display so I went in trying to get one for Valentine’s Day but was laughed at by the person behind the cash. Offered to pay whatever they needed to make a profit off it but they condescendingly refused.

Arrrrrr, the pirate ship drew me in. Went here to find some things for my brother's kids. Lots of amazing things for kids and adults. They prices are better then I thought by far. Wish I was able to go in the pirate ship. But can't have it all. Thank you for your toys.

This place has a good variety of interesting toys, but way over priced. I took my niece there a few times. She saved up to buy overpriced mood slime that is supposed to change colors. After 2 weeks of working hard and saving she bought it. Watching her face in disappointment when it didn't do what it said was heartbreaking. It's not like she can ever get that money back or that time back. Sad

I walked into this store this past weekend and received very similar treatment from a previous review I've read on here from another parent. Despite the fact I live 15 minutes away, I'll never return to Treasure Island Toys again. I had all my kids with me (all under 12 years of age) and two of them have a medical exemption; the other two do not. As soon as we walked in, the two workers were impolite and already walked away smugly, as if my two exempt kids had a disease. Such treatment of customers who are just trying to shop - is quite pitiful if you ask me. A bunch of masked and presumably to be likely vaccinated workers shying away from two young unmasked kids. Hilarious. Yet, a sad day for my kids to experience. They just wanted some new toys to distract them from taking their minds off of our family dog, who recently passed away. It's funny how this business even posted awareness about the orange shirts and they hashtagged 'Every child matters' on their Instagram business page. Well clearly NOT at this store - based on their poor mannerisms and prejudices. Imagine being a young child, wanting to make a nice purchase and walk out with some toys and store employees don't even acknowledge you for something you can't even help. I'll take that pointer below and will be heading to MASTERMIND TOYS tomorrow to spend tons of my money there, where it seems they treat their customers and children who walk in their store as all EQUAL. This type of division continues to just perpetuate the segregation and ostracism that's quite comparable to going back to the Jim Crow law days. While you have your business to run and can have you own policies.....UNDERSTAND THIS - a mask for all, is NOT the answer. Respecting individuals are; EVERYONE is different. Risk AND benefit will take different forms and everyone's individuality must be respected. The response below from the owner or management is quite inadequate, "We have a mask policy to protect our staff and their extended families....." WELL, if your staff are wearing masks, then all their masks should work to protect them, since your employees are muzzled right?!!? Furthermore, if they're vaccinated.... (I'll presume this, based on their behaviour of dismay and disgust when we walked in), your employees shouldn't be minding unmasked kids if they're vaccinated and masked; since they're already protected, right? If you believe in these implemented measures so much, then you shouldn't have to worry about who's unmasked if you're wearing one and are 'protected', so RIDDLE ME THAT.

Treasure Island Toys is amazing! I ordered a couple puzzles from them and unfortunately I got a bad batch as each puzzle was missing a piece. I emailed them to let them know and Katie got back to me super quickly and got an exchange set up. I had my new puzzles within the day. I will absolutely be shopping here again.

The best little toy shop I know. Fantastic selection, knowledgable staff and a decent website for online orders. You can also have an account with the staff so they can track your orders and reco new stuff. Love this place!

Hi Lesley, We are so sorry you and your niece were disappointed. We understand how this would be very upsetting when it did not perform as advertised. Please contact us directly to discuss issuing a refund.
