Pho-get About Eating Here Having ordered from here before, I was genuinely looking forward to dining in. Unfortunately, the experience was so off-putting that we left without eating. We entered a nearly empty restaurant with no signage, no host, and no indication that seating was restricted in any way. The only employee visible was standing at the bar, fully absorbed in her phone. We walked past her without so much as eye contact or acknowledgment and attempted to sit at the back of the completely empty dining room. That’s when she snapped at us — “Where do you think you’re going?! You can’t sit there! Can’t you see that?” — complete with eye-rolling and open hostility. When I asked where we could sit, she angrily pointed toward the front, never once getting off her phone. The tone, the expression, the complete lack of professionalism — coupled with the fact that she couldn’t be bothered to stop scrolling long enough to serve paying customers — was enough for us to leave immediately. This was incredibly disappointing, especially for a family-run local restaurant that one would hope takes pride in hospitality. We actively try to support local businesses, but respect and basic courtesy are non-negotiable. We won’t be returning. Do better.

We stopped in since we felt like some warm pho on a cold day and it was fantastic! Great flavor and huge portions. Only thing better than the food was the service. Can’t wait to come back!

Had the veggie Pho at Pho Lang Van and it was incredible—rich, flavorful, and so fresh! Healthy, comforting, and absolutely delicious. The service was fantastic too—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Pho was delicious and our server was the sweetest ever. Continuously checked on us, offered more tea, packed our food for us etc. soursop milkshake was also so yummy!

The food was amazing. There was 1 server and he was on top of it. My water glass was never empty and the tea pot was always refilled before it was empty. I would definitely come back.

Food was alright but the service was poor - I asked for an extra scoop of broth and was told it would cost $9 after spending $80. I found the customer experience quite off-putting.

Mid-afternoon it's very quiet and you can easily be able to watch a show on your phone while having a great meal. They do get a dinner rush showing that many agree on the quality of food and service. You can also add an extra meat so I my first one was the house special plus an extra cut of meat

Hi Lindy! The charge is for an extra container of broth, not to top off the leftovers that you wanted to take home. We do not offer that for free. That would be, as you put it, "ridiculous". I hope this helps. All the best!
