A few days ago I walked into Expo looking to pick up anything that popped out to me. I walked in - no one else was shopping in the store except for me. There might have been 3 or 4 people at the counter ( I assume they were employees) who acted as if I was completely invisible. Nobody looked up or said hello or asked if I was looking for anything. I was in the store for at least 5 minutes. A full song. It’s a dehumanizing experience when stuff like this happens. Being the only minority looking individual in the store at the time- I hope has nothing to do with why I was completely ignored. I am not coming back.
Amazing place for finding unique and interesting pieces. Friendly staff and even sell beer, what more could you want tbh. Plus they have an outlet store too!
Won’t be shopping here again after seeing this reply to someone who commented on the pricing of items. (See photo) Any business who would publicly post this rhetoric is not getting any of my business.
Amazing selection for vintage clothes, found one unique blue shirt which is perfect!!!! Tons of vintage jeans,r-shirts jackets to explore. Will come back soon!
When I came in, Mac Demarco kiddie carpet hour was taking place in the back half of the store. I overheard each person taking turns declaring how devastating it would be to "be basic". Oh and no one actually said anything to customers, just cold-shoulder walk-by situation. -1 social skills -1 social distancing.
