I brought in an expensive reversible suede jacket and a leather jacket to Miras Vintage Store to be sold by consignment just before the pandemic. Several months after it reopened, I went to get my jackets since they hadn't been sold. I found out that Mira had ditched a lot of clothes because she had too much. She didn't inform me and now I am out of a $500 coat. I later found out that the same thing happened to a friend of mine. I posted on Facebook and found there were many more people that have had the same experience. Do not go there. UPDATE: I brought the coats in 2 yrs. ago, not 3 yrs. ago as stated by Mira. I went in several times when it was open to see if they sold. In the fall, Mira told me that she hasn't sold them and she doesn't even have them anymore. She did not contact me again after that. Recently, after I posted on Facebook, she suddenly called and told me she sold them in Oct. for $40.00. That was not the agreed upon price for 2 expensive coats! I repeat, do not go there!
The lady who owns this store (Mira) is insanely rude. I was with a friend looking for champagne glasses. I walked in this store and asked the lady politely, do you have any champagne glasses? She answered back (in a very rude tone of voice): "Does it look like I sell champagne glasses here?". I was so shocked that I just stared back and then walked out.
