I made an order on their online store and only received three of the five items that I ordered. I reached out and just asked if it was a mistake and have not heard back and I have reached out by Email, Instagram and the Shop app and have heard nothing. I am happy with the items that I did receive but I'm disappointed that I can't even be acknowledged.
I’ve been coming to throwback vault before they even had a storefront. When they were only a website. This place has gone downhill in the past 2 years or so, unfortunately Every time I come inside this location or the sq1 location I’m disappointed Selection is kind of meh now Prices have gone up CS doesn’t say a word to you Idk this use to be my go to spot, I would always come here and find something and have a nice time doing it. Plus the prices weren’t so crazy I’ve been coming here aprox. once a month in the past year and have been disappointed every time and haven’t got anything Yesterday was the last time I’ll be coming here
I own one other Yeezy Gap Zip up from a friend I have that’s worked on previous Yeezy seasons, I’ve had that one far longer than the one I purchased back in December from throwback vault, and I’ve washed it the same as the one I purchased from here. Size tag/branding falling apart on the one I purchased from throwback vault, yet I’ve never seen this happen to my other zip up which is authentic. Not sure what to make of it but I’d be disappointed to know this was unauthentic.
Terrible experience. I ordered online for pickup at this store and drove all the way from Mississauga, only to find they couldn’t locate my order. I had to call almost daily to get updates. They offered to send it to the Square One location, but when I went to pick it up on the promised date, it still wasn’t available. I had to return again the next day before finally receiving my order. Complete waste of time and very frustrating.

Love their selection, but there's a lack of customer support for online orders and my pickup order has been delayed by a month (still haven't received it!!)
My wife grabbed some stuff for me last weekend. I hate shopping so she was heavily reliant on the staff that worked here to help her find things for me. I gotta say they did a great job picking out items (and as much as she wants to take credit - I know these were NOT all my wife's picks). So thanks. Love the gear
