Used to be a solid place to order from but more recently they have been making mistakes on my order. In the photo you can see I ordered bubble tea with 2 toppings but there are no toppings. It’s happened before as well.

This location came in clutch for bubble tea in the area specially for watching the sunset at Riverdale Park nearby. There is seating inside, and it’s shared with another food retailer. I got the Lychee Aloe Green Tea. It was decent. We also tried some of their macarons. They’re not evenly made - some of the layers of the macarons don’t evenly spread out so when you bite one side it tastes different from the other portion of the macaron. They were okay too.

It’s really disappointing that I spent $9 on a bubble tea that was barely a bubble tea. The flavour was mid, and they’re super stingy with the amount of toppings the give (despite paying extra for them). I’m really disappointed because the price doesn’t reflect the quality of the drink at all. Also the customer service was so terrible. Overall I’m quite embarrassed that I even spent money here.

Boba Boy is seriously good. The tea is top-notch, and they've got some unique flavor combos that are super refreshing. Kim, the barista, knows their stuff and always makes awesome recommendations. The vibe is chill and modern, making it the perfect spot to grab a drink and relax.

Very bad experience! We came here because we had a very good experience in same brand other location. Waste of money. We tried chicken plus and same. People served us are nice and helpful but their food and drink is so bad!

At first, I posted about the fact that the owner disrespect you. However as I found out today that Peter does not own this store. Peter calls himself the CEO of bobaboy, therefore I believed that he owned all the stores, Which was no the case.

Stopped in for Bubble Tea and Pad Thai after a TTC short turn. The little shop looks nice, with all the possible tools and supplies needed for making all kinds of drinks, and the staff are nice. I got 2 iced black sugar tapioca milk tea, It was good, but I wouldn't say it's any better or worse than any other shop I've gotten the same order in. Apparently they make their own boba which I suppose is cool, but I didn't really notice anything different other than they were softer than premade pearls. As far as bubble tea goes, it's good with many different options, however the price is crazy! I ordered via Google, and it ended up being $28 for 2 regular sized drinks! Looking back at my reciept I have no idea how an iced black sugar tapioca milk tea ($5.50) with brown sugar boba added ($1.00) comes to $12.50. The photo showed a tall bottle, and I thought it was extra because it came with the special bottle, but I got regular cups. I didn't realize at the time and should have spoken up.

Hello Jenny, Can you please bring back the receipt, I'm sure there is a mistake, like you said it doesn't make sense for 2 drinks to cost $28.00. Please come in with Receipt and ask for manager, we will short this out. We are sorry for this inconvenience, let us comp you two free drink next time we see you. Thank You. Bobaboy Management.
