Every time I visit, they make sure to ask exactly how I want my drink—sugar level, ice level, and whether I want any toppings. It’s a small detail, but it shows how much they care about getting things right. I’ve seen the team step in to help each other during busy hours without missing a beat, which really shows their teamwork and dedication. Customer service isn’t easy—and anyone who’s worked in it knows that. You can’t please everyone, and sometimes the loudest reviews come from the few who didn’t get what they wanted, even when the staff did their best. Just remember: we may only meet them once, but they serve hundreds of people every day. I appreciate their hard work and positive attitude. Keep it up!
This was the worst bubble tea experience ever. I came here to travel last week and would like to try the famous bubble tea brand in Taiwan. However, this experience was sooo bad that I had to write a review. I tried the grapefruit green tea. The taste was disgusting!!! It tasted like something expired. I had never tasted anything like this before. Also, the staff were so rude, very unprofessional. They were so inpatient when I asked them about the drinks. They kept talking in Vietnamese!! I felt so unwelcome!!!I’ll never try this brand again. This brand in Canada is nothing like in Taiwan!!!! What a shame!!! Dun come to this brand in Canada!!!!!!
The staff are amazing and friendly, this location is my favourite place. I am a regular customer and the way they make my drink is always perfect. When they took out the Lemon King from there menu I was so sad , but when the staff told me to try the Lychee Green Tree drink it was awesome and this is what I always have at least 4 times a week. Awesome people
Great for your bubble tea craving, many options to choose from. I recommend taro milk tea and the pudding milk tea, service is very fast, and the quality of the drinks are very consistent!

This is my closest Coco from my house and I always enjoyed my experience at this Coco location. I used the app to order in advance for pick up to avoid the wait. The staff are friendly and provide prompt service.
I've ordered from here several times and will continue to do so as long as this location sticks around! I usually order online since it's very convenient and usually ready by the time I arrive at the store. Note when it's busy it can take a bit longer for them to fulfill online orders (which is expected). The variety of the menu is great and they have monthly specials which is a great opportunity to try different drinks. The price is pretty good compared to other bubble tea places as well.
