Worst Gongcha ever. Got 2 matchas and both had the off ratio of matcha and milk. Ive had same one at younge street which is wo better! Please dont get your matcha from here
It's okay! The location itself is a bit of a mystery: a random building underneath the freeway, accessible by climbing a flight of murder stairs. You can kind of tell that this stores location relies on delivery service to bolster their business due to how the space is designed... It's not a store that really welcomes foot traffic. Also, they have a bad fruitful problem. Other than that, it's what you would normally expect from Gong Cha: very good tea/coffee at a premium price.
My favorite bubble tea place! Strawberry matcha is my everyday choice—I’m seriously addicted! Today I tried the mango matcha for the first time and I loved it too! Also, I received the cutest little bubble tea pin with my drink and I’m obsessed with it. Bible Tea always makes me happy!
The guy who’s working doesn’t understand what I ordered and very rude. Don’t know anything about customer service. He also said they don’t use real milk for the milk tea. I wonder what milk they are putting in the drink.
Love the tea varieties, and the options of the sweet level! the bubble waffles tasted very fresh and nice, not too sweet which I love! Inside of the store, the seating area is clean and spacious! The staff was very friendly! definitely recommended!
The bubble tea here is always on point. The bubble waffle is great too! A little pricey, but expected for this chain and the quality product you receive. Took a bubble tea 'first-timer' here and may have set the bar high. Great spot.
Came here on a Thursday 4pm, pretty empty, but waited half an hour to get my drinks, so did people who ordered before and after me. Front desk person was texting on his phone the whole time while taking me order ..
