I had such a great experience at this Gong Cha location! The service was genuinely excellent Luis, who helped me during my visit, was incredibly patient, kind, and made the whole ordering process feel super easy and welcoming. THANK YOU LUIS! The store itself is spotless and really well maintained, which made the visit even better! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
This establishment offers excellent quality, and I particularly appreciate its location and the shop itself. Their beverages and food are also quite delightful.
My fav location is 85 Halsey street the one guy that works there is pretty nice to the kids he gives them pins and sleeves just for asking whereas the 2027 location they dont have the clear cups for large drinks and they told a 5 year old no pin and sleeve for u bcus u didnt buy from the Felix menu
This place is chronically understaffed. The drinks are great, but you can end up waiting over 30mins for your drink because they have one poor person making all the drinks and taking orders.
This is the best place for any drinks and food,and it's for cheap as well! I swear on my life to God himself, I would come here every day. I had a strawberry oreo milkshake that tasted like HEAVEN ON EARTH! This place will be put on the Michelin star guide book in Toronto,it's a 3 star rating. Literally perfection.
we ordered the taro slush, and the taro wasn’t very strong. They made us a new taro, and it was much better and were very polite about it. Will be back.
Do you need some recommendations? Go for the cream brûlée croffle and the bubble waffle, they were so good that I could not stop myself. Then have the classic green tea milk foam to complete the pampering experience for a hot summer day :-). Enjoy!!!
