Came by the store at around 23:25 and wanted to order waffles. Clearly there were waffles available but cashier refused to make and they said they sold out? Plus the attitude wasn’t that welcoming. I could have came at 23:45 or even later to order but because I know no one wants customers to come late but I came literally more than 30mins before closing time. Drinks are mid I feel like they just want to make it fast so they can preclose

The drinks were okay the customer service terrible, I asked for lite ice she basically filled the drink with ice the 2 girls that were working there were giving us werid looks! And giggling very immaturely so rude and acted like they didn’t wanna work there

Friendly, warm atmosphere, great bubble tea. Has replaced my mainstay, Coco Fresh. Parking at this location is tricky, I had to park in the Fairview Mall lot near the TTC station and walk roughly 2-3 mins to this location.

Great location, always go here and the employees are kind and welcoming. Please turn on the AC for your workers! it gets extremely hot in here and the workers are probably very hot working here for hours a day.

This location has great bubble tea and is usually a great atmosphere to study when the library is closed. Today I went to order but a man kept harrassing me (flipping me off, calling me profanities, recording me on his phone) and the staff witnessed everything but did nothing about it. Will not be coming back.

Hi Victoria, we are so sorry about what happened to you! Staff already informed me what happened in the store. They actually asked the guy to leave but he refused. And two girl staff kind scared about hime. We already let other staff go to store asap to handle the problem. Again, we apologize what happened to you. We will try our best to make sure it won’t happen again.

Not found in Gong Cha app for this location and tried to scan the Gong Cha app by Tanmango to redeem buy one get one free offer for 2J brown sugar oolong milk tea but the store didn't accept it. Is this store different than any other Gong Cha stores? Or I have to download another spoonity app to get points?

yes, at donmill location we can only use the new app called nōwn, we can still redeem the promotion from the tapmango, but we cannot add points to tapmango
