The service was quick and amazing! With more than a hundred flavours to choose from, it was really hard to narrow down which one I wanted. All of the flavours looked and sounded so scrumptious and interesting! I loved the interior and atmosphere. I found the aesthetic and wall decoration a nice touch to the minimalistic shop. Looking forward to visiting and buying again from here.
I usually come here for the classic tiramisu, which I’ve always enjoyed. However, my recent visit on Sunday night was extremely disappointing. There was a long line and only one staff member working. I didn’t want to wait 10 minutes only to find out the tiramisu was sold out, so I politely asked the people ahead of me if they were okay with me quickly asking the staff about it—they were fine with it. When I asked the employee if they still had tiramisu, he responded very rudely, saying, “There’s a line,” as if I were trying to cut in. I explained I was just asking a question, not placing an order, but he continued to be dismissive and rude. About five minutes later, he finally said they didn’t have any left—again, in a very disrespectful tone. I stayed calm, but the interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and, frankly, left me questioning whether there were deeper biases at play. If anyone from Nona Lia is reading this, I urge you to consider better customer service training and a more transparent way to communicate product availability—perhaps signage or real-time updates. After this experience, I won’t be returning.
Just yesterday, 30 of my cousins came after a family wedding to continue the celebration. Dan was there and took care of us and did an amazing job serving our drinks. They tasted amazing! Everyone had an amazing time. We hope you had as much fun as we did. Thank you to Dan for joining us for the vibes, the energy, and all around fun and celebrations. BONTEA IS THE PLACE TO BE! Our barista Dan was amazing! We walked in late around 12:30, and being the only person working, Dan worked his hardest to get us 8+ drinks as quickly as possible. He did it with a smile, and was so kind and welcoming! 5 stars for customer service, and 5 stars for a tasty snack at midnight on a Sunday night!
Amazing service! My kids (aged 9 and 11) requested bubble tea, and specific flavours. The gentleman behind the counter made a custom drink for my daughter, so she got exactly what she wanted but with no caffeine. Both kids said their drinks were amazing and begged to come back!
My favourite tea place, but their hours are terrible and they never have the toppings/ingredients that I want. But if you get the tea you want you won’t be disappointed!
Tried their oreo milk tea and mango with ice cream…. Not the best but it’s alright. I liked the mango with ice cream but it was a little sour, add sugar next time. Haven’t tried anything else from their menu, maybe the other drinks might be better but something new to try for sure.
