workers are polite and drinks are great! unfortunately one of them was talking on their phone while working and end up taking a lot longer to make drinks.
Good enough location. Just mentioning the hours are wrong. Came here Friday night hoping to get late night bubble tea. Was closed before 10:30pm despite the hours saying it was open.
We frequent Chatime - a lot. Been to various locations in Ontario, and this is probably my least favourite. Just today, I ordered in advance to save time since we were in a rush... Only to find that both our large drinks were made as regular size instead. No apology or acknowledgement at this point. So, had to wait for them to fix it... But for one of them, they just poured the drink into a larger cup, so that now meant that the amount of toppings was not sufficient for the new size... As an aside, on top of that, the pearls were hard. Just overall not a great experience.
WORST Chatime ever. Save your money and go elsewhere. Staff are extremely rude. The cashier didn’t give us an order number or receipt. I had to ask for it and she asked me to wait till she finished the order for the next customer before she would give me the receipt. We were the next order in line but 4 other groups behind us got their orders before us. I had to go up to the them and ask where our drinks are before they would give them to me. And the quality of the drinks is so bad with very little toppings. Will never come back.
The staff is quite useless and don’t know what’s their best. Sellers and I went already my birthday drink and they did not even tell me that I could upgrade for a large for $.70. I don’t care about $.70 but the staff service is absolutely shit they need to change.
Recently my experience at other chatimes haven't been the best. Today I visited the well and I was pleasantly surprised. I came fairly late today and the quality of food was excellent. Perfect amount of pearls in my bubble tea. Nice flavor to my matcha drink. And the service was great!
Have come here numerous times at different times in the day and every time they have no pearls available. As it seems this is such a frequent issue I'd assume more stock should be added.
