Whoever is the worker opening on Sunday December 7th needs more training and should not work solo shifts. Bad customer service, does not know the menu well, and gave me the wrong item with missing bubbles.
I ordered two drinks with no sugar, but they were still very sweet because the app didn’t clearly show that pearls were included. When I asked about it, the staff was unhelpful and refused to remake the drinks. Very disappointing experience. Left with the two drinks returned. What a waste of money and time.
Amazing service, Brandon was great to interact with and brought a smile to my face. The amount of care that went into my matcha latte was truly heartwarming to experience for my first time at this Chatime and I will definitely come back.
The girl was extremely unpleasant, not a single sign of customer service. Love the place and the location but the lady doesn’t have to spread so much negativity.
I recently tried your matcha milk tea and noticed there was a lot of residue, making it feel like drinking powdered matcha. Despite stirring it multiple times, I couldn’t get rid of the residue. It was also quite bitter. I hope this feedback helps improve the drink’s texture and taste. Thank you!
I’ve been coming to this location for quite some time now and I must admit, this is the best Chatime in the city. They’re very quick. The drink is already handed to me as I put my card away after paying. Very informative and polite, they’re recommendations are always good Love this location, keep up the good work!
Cute little store on Queen's. Where I'm from, Chatime is a dying chain with all the competition offering similar quality of drinks at lower prices but here, Chatime seems to still do well which is great! I love the candied winter melon drink, it's not too sweet, just about right.
