Kacy was such a kindhearted barista!! I needed some help and she helped me so kindly. She is the epitome of great customer service! She deserves a raise for her kindness and amazing work ethic :)!! I will definitely be visiting again !
Smashing IT!☕? Hands down absolutely the best place in Toronto for TEA! You can have it hot, you can have it cold, you can have it over ice and you can add so many delicious things to it to make it that much more spectacular. My favorite the Matcha Strawberry Latte and the Earl Grey Latte over ice. So refreshing. Yum. Chatime Bubble Tea is conveniently nestled on Bloor Street West near St. George's Station and just a few steps away from the Yonge Station/Bloor SubwayStation. Near businesses and University life. Chatime Bubble Tea is a great place to either jump start your day or wind down from a busy day in the officer or classroom. Excellent customer service to help you make-up your mind if you're not sure what to get. And if you're not sure what to get then get at least 3 different Lattes! Everything on the menu is delicious! So you can't go wrong!
I usually come here with my dog and partner because it's a good resting stop on long walks and I can bring my dog in. I've brought my dog to several locations, but I especially liked this one. Unfortunately on my last visit, the girl behind the counter said dogs were not allowed after we had sat down with our drinks. I told her how a manager at this location had told us it was pet friendly, but she insisted and said she also "has allergies".
I love coming to this location for dessert after a meal in Koreatown. My go-to is the brown sugar roasted milk tea. Sophia is always there with a super friendly greeting whenever I visit. The drinks and customer service is always great!
Came to get bubble tea and the workers were so efficient and kind! I think their names were Casey and Antonio. Always such a positive environment and always greet customers with care
The worker with the glasses was too busy on her phone to serve me and I had to wait to get my order taken. When I was trying to ask questions she seemed like she had no clue what I was talking about. The staff here needs to be trained better. Worst location.
if you ever come to korea town, you HAVE to stop by this chatime for some cheap + good quality bubble tea! everything is just so cozy and the staff are extremely friendly! i’ve been to a lot of bubble tea stores but i always find myself coming back here. overall just very nice p/s: bring back sago please!
