Attended the KPOP Demon Hunters cupsleeve event hosted by @uchuu.mrkt yesterday with my brother, and it was such a beautiful and fun experience. The staff was very welcoming, patient, and kind taking orders and accommodating your needs. The drinks are absolutely devine and good as always, definitely would come back! :)♡
Hosted an event here today, the owner is super kind and was very easy to communicate with and helped our event run so smoothly with how accommodating she and her establishment was!! The staff was great with mine and my cohost drinks and I saw no one else having issues either! The space was absolutely perfect and we will definitely be considering hosting our next events here too <33
Great location and friendly staff. They always recommend me great selection of drinks. Also very accommodating when I was buying a bunch of cakes! Cant wait to come back
I had a very disappointing experience at Chat Time. The person who served me was extremely impatient and unprofessional. When I tried to explain my order, they shouted at me because they didn’t understand what I needed. In the end, they even threw my drink at me instead of handing it over properly. This kind of rude behavior is unacceptable, and I will not be coming back.
Was having a drink with a friend and a gentleman came in with his daughter/toddler and asked to use the washroom because she need to go and was denied because they were not customers. This is unacceptable to denie a toddler the use of a washroom its inhumane. This will be my last time being a customer at this establishment.
Great bubble tea and good service. The only thing u want to say is that the deserts on the display look like they have been sitting there rotting for weeks. Otherwise amazing place. Love taking my daughter here
We love this Cha Time! They are so friendly, the drinks are always good and best part - they are dog friendly! We used to come here a lot with our pup:)
