Cha time in the stockyards is one of the more reliable bubble tea spots in the junction/west toronto area. I love that they have the reusable jars that I can bring to any location. It really cuts down on the plastic garbage I produce. The service is fast and the tapioca is always correctly made, chewy and perfect and never dry on the inside or soft and overcooked.
We love chatime and bubble tea. This is a very busy location, so I find that they are usually backed up on making drinks or rushing them. Seating is not usually a problem. Also they tend to run out of promotional drinks very quickly at this location. It's happened to us on a few occasions.
I always enjoy coming to Chatime! The bubble tea is consistently fresh and delicious, with lots of options to customize your drink exactly how you like it. The tapioca pearls are the perfect texture—chewy and sweet. I love their peach green tea, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Service is usually quick and friendly, and the shop is always clean. It's definitely one of my go-to spots for a refreshing treat!
Man, don't ever order a coffee here. They actually have one coffee...Nespresso Americano. Get this, they will only sell it to you black. They won't put milk or sugar in it. The cashier actually said "We're not Tim Hortons" Seriously? They refused to provide milk or sugar for the coffee that they sell. Unbelievable. And like others, it took forever for our order to be ready. I will not go back, I can not recommend. Oh and I might recommend they clean their light fixtures. "Might" be a food safety issue.
I ordered a buy 1 get 1 on Uber with a note “no topping in 1 of them”. When receiving it, there was only 1 drink which made me pay a lot more than the amount I was supposed to without any informing about that.
Ordered two bubble teas and a slice of cheese cake. Bubble teas were nic3 but OMG cheese cake was so dry!!!! I wonder how old was that thing. Took a bite n i had to spit it out.. completely dry ( almost like block of cheese) Drinks were good but double check when u buy the pastry from there espcially when u pick up online order ( alr3ady boxed so u cant see how it is )
I had an excellent experience here. The service was quick. The staff were very friendly. Also ordering from the mobile app is always best. There’s free parking here at stockyards. Love this area.
