I was so sad to find out they changed the opening time for Mondays and it wasn’t updated on google maps. But I always get busy drinking its tea’s bubble tea. They are the best bubble tea store in midtown. I love their matcha milk boba and pearl milk tea
This shop is phenomenal. I love that they use as much real ingredients as possible, their drinks are delicious and their customer service is excellent. Highly recommend.
Visited on Saturday, October 11 I stopped by ITS TEA on 635 Mount Pleasant Rd and had an amazing experience. I ordered their Fresh Taro Matcha Storm, and it was absolutely delicious — easily one of the best bubble teas I’ve had in Toronto. The taro was fresh and creamy, and it paired perfectly with the matcha. The flavors blended beautifully, giving it a rich and satisfying taste that felt very natural and not overly sweet or artificial. What I really liked about ITS TEA is that their menu isn’t just the same typical drinks you find at most bubble tea shops. They have a great selection of unique blends and creative flavors that make them stand out. You can tell they put effort into quality and presentation. The customer service was great — friendly and welcoming, and even though the shop wasn’t too busy when I visited, the staff were attentive and kind. The ambiance is cozy and very well designed for a small café. They’ve done a great job making use of the space with thoughtful decor, good lighting, and comfortable seating. Everything looked clean, tidy, and inviting, which made the experience even better. Overall, ITS TEA is a lovely little spot for anyone who enjoys good-quality bubble tea in a relaxed setting. If you’re around the Mount Pleasant area and want to try something fresh and different, I highly recommend giving them a visit.
me and my friend always come here to hang out and get amazing tea. you literally cannot beat this. i usually get the pearl milk tea and every time i get it the first sip is an indescribable euphoric energy rush that never loses flavour! i will keep coming for consistanly amazing food, service and atmosphere.
I think it's the best bubble tea chain hands down. The drinks are not overly sweet like most other bubble tea shops. Here, you can actually taste the tea.
This is an excellent bubble tea shop. It's decorated for Christmas right now and looks awesome! My wife loves the milk tea with fresh taro (no powder mixes here!). I prefer the fruity teas (especially grapefruit) that are very refreshing. There are so many to choose from. It's the perfect date location with spots to sit inside and enjoy the festive Christmas atmosphere. We will be back for sure, especially since the staff were friendly and welcoming. On a side note, this store is participating in a Toy Drive so if you bring a toy, you will get a discount off a bubble tea. That's another reason to come! It's nice to see a local business give back to the community.
9 dollars for milk tea with cheese foam why what a joke could have made it at home for free whattt why won’t you offer oat milk or other milks for people with sensitivity.
