I bought a tuna bread, but there was barely any filling inside, just a tiny dot of tuna spread. I even checked the rest of the bread, but there was none at all. The parchment paper was also stuck to the bread, dried out, and very hard to peel off. I had to throw it away after one bite. The Hong Kong–style milk tea was also very bland. Since the store reopened, the quality of the products hasn’t improved, they taste dry and don’t look as good as before. Really disappointing. Such a waste of money. Expensive bread and drink but not serving good quality. - November 6, 2025

It’s amazing food/drink wise, it’s a great little treat. The service is a hit or miss though, sometimes the people are amazing and friendly. But we recently went and the woman behind the counter spent like 5 minutes on her cellphone and made us wait just to order. Then after we ordered she got right back in the phone and had a huge lineup waiting for her to finish her phone conversation! (I want to emphasize it’s normally great service, but this woman was very unprofessional)

Happened to be at Service Canada in the morning and the smell of the buns being baked on the spot was a sign that I had just discovered a gem. Had the custard bun and will definitely be back to try others.

Been customer almost 8 years but today Saturday July 19 2025 around 9:40a.m.we’re treated bad , the staff was so rude, no respect needs to be trained customer service. Uncivilized person has no place in Canadian society

The smoothie was watery I didn’t like the taste nor texture. I did let the lady know that I’d like to remake it and she tried her best I guess but I ended up with smoothie juice rather than a thick nice smoothie. I believe this store should follow the Sheridan Mall location when it comes to their ingredients it was rather lack lustre. The lady serving us was kind though, but foreal whoever’s the owner of this store needs to speak with the Sheridan Mall location so they can get their smoothies tasting better ASAP!

This is truly a hidden gem!! I really love this place!! The buns are so fresh and yummy! I got the chicken hotdog bun it taste amazing!! And the young Asian girl working there is very nice, polite and very friendly!! :)

Had to give this a five star review to offset the negative comments that are due to customer service and pricing. The pineapple BBQ pork bun is fantastic and comparable to what I’ve had in NYC and Hong Kong. Highly recommend!
