I’ve been a regular customer here, but the service has always been terrible. The staff usually wear headphones and talk in an unfriendly tone. Many many times, I’ve received spilled drinks because the lids weren’t stamped properly. However, yesterday was a disaster. We bought three drinks from the red-haired girl, and both my husband and I ended up with food poisoning for hours. I suspect she served us stale milk. After many incidents like this, I definitely won’t be returning.
I always get their Mango Green Tea bubble tea. The drinks are delicious. What’s more, staff are always professional and pleasant, and pretty fast as well.
They make great drinks here and I love that they’re so accommodating to customers’ requests. I often order boba from this location only even though I don’t live too close to it. They always read my order notes and ok with my substitution request when I order a bogo deal on Ubereats. Most places don’t do it but they do it here which tells they care about their customer service. My to go place to order on Ubereats.
This is our go to for bubble tea. Great spot to sit in the back of the store. The waffles take a long time to make, and sometimes they run out of bubbles but that's a rare occurrence. Overall a great bubble tea place.
Always a perfect place to get my bubble tea. They use real tea and their brown sugar perks, I find taste better than Chatime (that may just be my opinion though). Also, their egg waffles are yummy.
My go to bubble tea spot on the Danforth! They have daily drink specials and plenty variety of hot/cold drinks. Friendly staff and great service always. A cute lounge in the back for small groups.
I ordered two cups of milk tea, one with 50% honey and the other with 70% honey. However, the 50% honey one was way much sweeter than the 70% honey one. When I took the first sip, I thought maybe the honey had all settled at the bottom, but after taking a sip from the top, I realized the entire drink was just full of honey, and it was impossible to drink. Their taste used to be very good, which is why I came back to order again, but I was really disappointed with Kung Fu tea this time and don’t plan to return.
